day 4 - Unwritten Rules

I gave a rough outline for the year (journals, blogs, projects, extra). 

• Journal: 10 together (most prompts created by students), 5 on your own
• Blog: 1 per week (more comments!)
• Projects: 1 per month

Malia and Lauren gave us the writing prompt for page 2 (Unwritten Rules). 

We began brainstorming ideas for project #1 on page 3 (Project due 2/5).

I compared last year's class with my dead ex-wife.

We talked briefly about Sundance, Journals, The Class Journal, how we only have 45 days, Blogs, the book we're going to publish, comments, creative writing 1, projects, residency, and how we all just need to embrace the mess.
